Project Details

CE Group was contracted to perform task novation works at ExxonMobil’s Papua New Guinea Headquarters. This project formed part of ExxonMobil’s broader PNG LNG presence in the region. The building was constructed to meet international standards for both energy efficiency and environmental management. Notably, it featured solar panels to supplement gas heating for hot water. Additionally, motion sensors and timers were implemented to control lighting, reducing energy consumption.

As an experienced electrical contractor in PNG, CE Group was engaged during the final stages of the project. The aim was to expedite the Electrical Services works to meet the project’s fixed milestones. CE Group’s team was involved in every aspect of the project, working closely on key elements. These included the main switchboard and distribution boards, general electrical services, and energy efficiency measures. Furthermore, the team handled mechanical-electrical integration, building management systems (BMS), and exterior services.

Despite the challenging conditions, CE Group’s team performed exceptionally well, ensuring all tasks were completed on time. The team’s dedication to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines showcased their unique skill set in managed services. Their ability to adapt and deliver in high-pressure environments further strengthened CE Group’s reputation as a reliable electrical contractor in PNG. Ultimately, this project highlighted CE Group’s expertise in handling complex, energy-efficient infrastructure projects while ensuring the seamless integration of all services.
