Kerry Ingredients’ Plant Protein Project required an upgrade to electrical control and automation infrastructure at its Murarrie manufacturing facility in Brisbane. CE Group was engaged to deliver the board upgrade, supporting the electrical and control requirements of the plant protein project within an established food manufacturing environment.
The works comprised two key packages: the Protein Control Board and an Automation Board Upgrade. Together, the packages represented a combined project value of approximately $192,000 and formed part of the electrical infrastructure supporting the facility’s process operations.
The Protein Control Board represented the larger component of the works, with the second package addressing upgrades to the automation board. Delivery required the electrical and automation components to be coordinated as part of the broader plant project, providing the control infrastructure required for the new process application.
