Rino Recycling Resource Recovery Facility – Electrical Works
Project Details
Rino Recycling’s Pinkenba facility is a large-scale construction and demolition waste recovery operation developed to increase material recovery and reduce waste going to landfill. The facility integrates advanced wet and dry processing technologies with automated materials handling systems capable of processing up to 475 tonnes of material per hour.
CE Group delivered electrical works supporting the installation of specialist recycling and processing infrastructure within the facility. The works were undertaken across a complex industrial environment incorporating interconnected processing equipment, conveyors and materials handling systems.
The facility combines specialist technologies from CDE and Turmec to separate, process and recover construction and demolition materials. This integrated approach enables recovered materials to be transformed into products including recycled sand, aggregate, fill and road base for reuse within the construction industry.
Electrical delivery required coordination with specialist equipment and installation teams as the different processing systems were brought together within the broader facility.
The project demonstrates capability in delivering electrical works across large-scale industrial processing and resource recovery infrastructure, particularly where specialist plant, automated materials handling and multiple technology systems must operate as an integrated facility.
